We are looking for NEW Team Members,who have a STRONG WORK ETHIC and a CAN DO personality.
In this opening you will be responsible for:
* Welding
*Fabricating
*repairing forms and parts.
YOU will be expected to do this using the appropriate welding techniques in accordance with product specifications.
YOU must be able to follow direction and be responsible for making various parts and products.
Essential functions:
*operate numerous fabricating machine safely
*Weld various materials correctly using a WIRE WELDER as specified by layouts,engineering drawings,work orders and verbal instructions
*use tooling and machinery to form metal.Setting-up,laying out work using Jigs/fixtures or hand layouts to fabricate parts or rework finished product.
*ability to be trained to safely operate a forklift,hoists,overhead crane,and slings to move material.
*Work as a team member to help other employees fabricate or weld multi-component parts
*Inspect and correct welds as necessary to meet specifications
*Read,understand,and follow job order specifications
* willingness to cross-train
* Inspect equipment and let the supervisor or maintenance department aware of repairs needed
*Comply with ALL SAFETY REGULATIONS and PROMOTE A SAFE WORK ENVIRONMENT.
*PREFORM SPECIAL PROJECTS OR ASSIGNMENTS AS DIRECTED
Qualifications/Requirements are:
*High School Diploma
*Must be at least 18 years old
*2 years of welding experience or related field.Fabrication certificate from trade school a
*1 years of manufacturing and heavy production experience preferred
*ability to use a variety of welding concepts,practices and procedures. Familiar with all welding equipment and able to READ a tape measure
*ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently
*ability and willingness to learn new concepts in a changing enviroment
Salary is $16-$20/hr. DOQ
