APPLICATION ENGINEER

PEOPLEREADY in ST CROIX FALLS,WI has an opening for a APPLICATION ENGINEER IN OSCEOLA,WI.

In this position you will be the engineering liasion between the customer and the company. As a application engineer you will be working at the customer location for at least 50% of the work week.This is a skilled position that requires regular interaction with customers,manufacturing ,quality,purchasing and sales.

A minimum of 3 years experience in technical sales in metal stamping and fabrication is REQUIRED.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

1.servicing existing customers and developing new customers

2.Building relationships with key customer personnel.

3.Develop and support quote process,cost estimating,pilot/prototype procurement and system EM-BOM activities.

4.Educate customer about process capabilities and increase customer satisfaction.

5.Proactively advise customer of any changes in original commitments and follow up until completion.

6. Participate on improvement teams as necessary.
