Security Site Director - Los Angeles, CA - Full-time / Part-time

SOS Security has an immediate opening for a Security Director in the Los Angeles area. The Security Director manages the day to day activity of the assigned account while providing excellent management of security staff and customer service to clients.

Job Duties may include:

• Continuous training of assigned officers to ensure the highest caliber of service at all times
• Scheduling and payroll
• Incident control and timely report writing
• Possess the ability to maintain a high-level of confidentiality
• Ability to work with local law enforcement and/or first responders as necessary
• Possess demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills

Successful Candidates will possess the following:

• Minimum of three years’ management experience within the security industry
• Must be flexible with the ability to respond as necessary on all shifts
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Possess excellent time management and organizational skills
• Proven leadership, supervisory, management, and customer service skills
• Must have the ability to handle sensitive situations/incidents with confidentiality and in a timely manner
• Must have exceptional motivational skills to promote the productivity and training of subordinate staff.
• Ability to think and act independently, possess strong reasoning and problem-solving skills, and make sound and timely management decisions
• Must be able to work for any employer in the US
• Must be able to successfully complete a background investigation and drug screen
