The Position: We're looking for a Service Coordinator to work in our office.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to treat and care for seniors and their property with dignity and respect.
• Ability to communicate with clients in a friendly and congenial manner.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient in basic business software programs and data management.
• Possess a valid driver's license and valid auto insurance.
• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to pass a drug screening, background check, and able to provide references

Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain client and CAREGiver schedules
• Monitor, mediate, and log all client and CAREGiver activity
• Enter and maintain accurate client and CAREGiver records
• Field new client inquiries over the phone
