Job Description:
Provides technical systems support within a technology organization. Duties are varied and may include one or more of the following: provides support for printer configuration management activities; ensures standard configuration is applied to all printers within SLA guidelines; provides support for highly complex technical issues and initiatives related to multi-function and single-function printers; performs upgrades, installations and/or configurations; updates/writes documentation and procedures and provides related training;
and coordinates resolution with users, vendors and internal service groups; writes/designs test scripts; creates change or issue logs; analyzes performance trends and recommends process improvements; assesses changes for risk to production systems and assures quality, security and compliance requirements are met for supported areas: 5+ years systems support analysis experience.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of Systems Support experience
- Strong printer configuration/support experience
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills;
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills;
- Able to provide detailed daily & weekly status updates to management and business partners on on-going activities;
- Ability to think strategically, implement, and deliver business objectives; execute in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities;
- Ability to engage appropriate resources, internal or external to deliver a complete solution.
Desired:
Knowledge of SNMP version 3 and digital certificates is a plus.
