PrideStaff is recruiting for an experienced CMM Programmer to work with a fantastic team of employees in an established equipment manufacturer in St. Louis, MO
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Program and operate coordinate measuring machine (CMM), using PC-DMIS software
- Conduct First Article, In-Process, Final inspections and accurate report generating
- Inspect manufactured and/or processed products using hand measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, height gauges, optical comparator etc..)
- Interact with machinists to communicate inspection results
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have a minimum of 3 years of CMM programming experience
- Ability to program CMM using models and engineering drawings
- Must have 2+ years experience performing first article inspections
- Basic Quality Systems knowledge (Control of non-conforming products, in process controls & inspection, product & process audit, etc.)
- Experience with Romer Arm and scanning technology a plus
- Working knowledge of GD&T
- High school diploma or equivalent required. College eduction preferred.
- Must be willing to work overtime if necessary
- Must be able to lift 50lbs.
- Must have consistent and reliable means of transportation
- Must be willing to submit to a background check and drug screen
HOURS: 2nd Shift (Monday -Thursday 3:20pm-1:50am)
