Express Employment is seeking a Sales Manager for a manufacturing company in Davenport, IA!
Duties:
- Overseeing Territory Managers and conducting performance reviews
- Assisting Territory Managers in market development, planning regional events, and structuring financial contracts
- Creating national and regional sales and marketing programs and campaigns
- Planning national shows and regional dealer meetings
- Constructing and reviewing dealer development plans
Requirements:
- Agricultural degree and 3-5 years’ experience in the agricultural industry
- Firm knowledge of agricultural equipment and products
- 5 years’ sales experience
This is a Direct Hire position. The salary is based on experience.
