Job Summary: The office admin will be responsible for all activities pertaining to project paperwork, support Fab Manager/Supervisor with reports, Power Point presentations, etc. This role is intended to support FEM, Safety and manufacturing audits as well as report out.

Specific duties and responsibilities:

Responsible for printing out drawings and all paperwork related to each project.

Responsible for project creation in Zoho and binder creation as well.

Responsible for inputting runtime sheet data into Zoho.

Responsible for following with current project orders Company’s ERP system, Qlikview, MyVic and Profound and work closely with Customer Care and Branch management to ensure all material gets to the right place at the right time.

Responsible for providing onboarding safety training to all temps.

Responsible for daily checking project schedules and make changes as required by Fab Manager and scheduling coordinator.

Participate in weekly fabrication scheduling meetings.

Responsible for fab correspondence and updates to respective parties.

Responsible for reporting attendance issues from fab personnel. Occurrences need to be reported to Fab Manager.

Responsible for ensuring critical supplies and consumable inventory are maintained replenished via Buyer Planner.

Daily, weekly and monthly safety and FEM walkthroughs. Must document and file documentation properly.

Support management with various tasks such PP presentations, reports, content development, etc.

Responsible for monthly Kanban audits in the manufacturing warehouses.

Responsible for triggering Kanbans when needed.

Qualifications/Requirements:

High School degree required

Some college preferred

Minimum of 3 years experience in data entry, with ERP/MRP systems and must be proficient with Microsoft Office

Ability to read and understand blue print and schematic drawings and interpret technical manuals

Previous experience in supply chain planning/buying activities preferred

Basic inventory management skills

Capable of lifting up to 40 pounds
