Immediate Medical Call Center Role

Summary

Aerotek is looking for qualified candidates to come and work for a leading Healthcare Administration Practice within the Westchester County New York area! We are looking for someone to work in a call center role and be able to professionally deal with patients over the phone to speak about their appointments.

Description

  • Handle a high volume of phone calls to schedule patient appointments
  • Handle any administrative work such as filing, faxing and scanning
  • Work as a liaison between the doctors and patients
  • Verify patient insurance information
  • Assist with various administrative tasks needed throughout the day such as scheduling and confirming appointments or updating medical record information

Qualifications

  • 1 + years of HEALTHCARE Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree Required
  • Call Center experience is highly preferred
  • Proficient within Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook)

Details

Shift: Monday - Friday: 8:00am-5:00pm

Compensation: $15/16.00 per hour depending on experience
