Accounting/ HR Manager

Responsible for processing and reconciling a wide variety of accounting documents such as invoices for payment, vendors statements, review and code financial information, compile and review information for accuracy, auditing shipments and receipts, accounts receivable, assisting with closing activities, and maintenance of bill of materials and routes in an ERP system.

Finance
* Develop weekly, monthly and quarterly accounting reports for the management and executive teams
* Budgeting and P&L construction
* Bank account reconciliation
* Product cost calculations, standard cost calculations
* Implement and monitor the month, quarter and year-end closeout accounting schedules
* Payroll and 401k processing
* Review and complete payment for company AP/AR transactions
* Manage state and local tax payments
* Other duties as assigned
HR
* Manage legal compliance
* Manage employee on boarding and termination processes
* Manage employee benefits program
* Manage payroll production and integrity, employee PTO tracking
* Maintain company handbook and employee policies
* Provide a focal point for employee issues and training
* Manage extended HR resource team
* Other duties as assigned
