Immediately Hiring - Facilities Technician

Our Customer in the East Bay area is immediately hiring for a Commercial Facilities Technician to add to their team. This is an exciting opportunity to partner with one of the largest commercial real estate companies in the country!

As a Facilities Technician here, you will be responsible for the overall maintenance and repair of a Warehouse Facility and Office Space (cumulatively ~250,000sq ft.) This encompasses anywhere from Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, and Building Safety System work. The scope of work in each of the trades will be as follows:

HVAC - Basic PM's such as replacing exhaust fan belts, filters, fluid, etc.
Electrical - Replacing ballasts, lamps, and basic electrical/wiring duties.
Plumbing - Replacing faucets, repairing/replacing toilets, valves etc. No soldering or brazing will be required.

Schedule:

M-F 7:00am-4:00pm

Requirements:

-3-5 years of experience as a Commercial Facilities Technician or Building Engineer

-A working knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Building Safety systems

-Must be customer service oriented

-Strong safety awareness
