We are actively seeking a Transfer Pricing Manager to join our team in Burr Ridge, IL. In this role, you will report directly into the Global Head of Transfer Pricing and play a leadership role in the overall implementation, management, and documentation of CNH Industrial's transfer pricing policies and processes on a worldwide basis. This position will be based in Burr Ridge, Illinois. Responsibilities include the following: Assist with managing and implementing global transfer pricing models to support CNH Industrial's business operations and ensure compliance with applicable transfer pricing rules and regulations Assist in defending global transfer pricing policies across jurisdictions in the face of increasing scrutiny from tax authorities around the world Provide support on complex transfer pricing matters related to global transactions and assist business and regional tax teams with planning, compliance and periodic review of intercompany transactions Liaise with various business units providing transfer pricing input by developing a clear understanding of business needs and expectations and implementing appropriate transfer pricing solutions that support their requirements Produce and champion best practice internal controls and documentation standards to achieve optimal standards for transfer pricing compliance Continue to develop transfer pricing knowledge and technical skills through on-the-job training and attendance at external courses / presentations The qualified candidate will have: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Tax 10 or more years of experience in Finance, Accounting or Tax 8 or more years of specific transfer pricing experience with an Accounting Firm, large multinational company or the Internal Revenue Service Flexibility to travel up to 10% of the time The ideal candidate will have: Strong working knowledge of IRS regulations and OECD guidelines governing transfer pricing issues and methodologies Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills Experience with complex projects and working with and/or managing geographically diverse teams Strong project management, problem solving, and analytical skills Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines imposed by project timescales or tax authority requirements Ambitious and eager to take on new challenges Equal opportunity employer.
