Maintenance Mechanic

Aerotek is currently hiring for maintenance mechanics in the Baltimore, MD area! A reputable client of ours has openings for mechanically inclined individuals who are looking to develop their skill set and begin a career in the manufacturing industry. Candidates will be performing the following duties:

• Be trained to provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production
• Perform scheduled maintenance service and repairs of production equipment and machines
• Prepare and set up machinery for scheduled production runs
• Perform job duties utilizing sound mechanic skills, including but not limited to mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting and repair of packaging and production systems and equipment
• Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service
• Document tasks performed as required on work orders, PMs, work logs, or otherwise required
• Comply with OSHA safety and health rules
