Server - Full-time / Part-time

Job Description

Description  As a Server, you will be responsible for exceeding the guest expectations by providing them with friendly, prompt and attentive service. A Server will be required to have an extensive knowledge of our MVP Loyalty Program, food and drink menus and be able to recommend, upsell and reinforce the guests' orders. The Server will check orders for accuracy and review those orders with the guest prior to handoff to ensure satisfaction. Responsible for collecting and managing payments from guests. A Server will be a team player and assist throughout the restaurant by bussing tables, delivering food and achieving the company's goals of creating every guest into a Raving Fan. *The job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee. Additional Info

Qualifications:

2+ years waitstaff experience in a full service dining restaurant
Minimum of 18 years of age with legal authorization to work in the United States
Excellent customer service and hospitality skills 
No criminal history 
Comfort with Positouch a plus 
Neat, well-groomed appearance 
Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment 
Dedication to on-time arrival for shifts
Able to stand, sit and walk for long periods of time and carry up to 50 pounds
