Handling each vehicle like it’s your own, you double-check locks and windows before returning promptly to cheerfully greet the next guest. As Valet Night Porter, you will

  • Extend a genuinely friendly welcome to arriving guests.
  • Carefully and efficiently park, secure, and retrieve vehicles.
  • Post parking charges via guest account.
  • Deliver guest folios.
  • Respond helpfully to guest questions about the property, getting around and nearby happenings.
  • Graciously assist guests with issues arising out of the parking experience.

Fundamentals

High school education or equivalent experience is required, with prior customer service experience helpful. You must have an excellent driving record, verified by Motor Vehicle Administration report, and be able to drive all vehicle speed shifts and automobiles. You must be able to communicate effectively. This position requires continuous movement, full mobility, lifting up to 50 pounds and pushing or pulling a luggage cart up to 200 pounds.

Parking is provided for this position. Successful candidate hired in this position on before November 12 will receive a $300 signing bonus when you satisfactorily complete your conditions of employment; post-offer drug test, criminal and motor vehicle records check, and employment eligibility verification.
