Join us as a reservation agent this Winter! Starting salary for our reservations agent position is $13.00 an hour. Our seasonal employees also receive a free ski pass, complementary shuttle rides to and from the airport, lodging and retail discounts at all of our resorts, and much more. At Epic Mountain Express, our agents get free on-site employee parking.  Once you have worked 750 hours, you are eligible for medical, dental, and vision benefits.   Bi-Lingual is a PLUS!  Qualified Bi-Lingual candidates will receive an additional $1.00 per hour incentive.

 Responsibilities Include:

·        Answer inbound telephone calls in a polite, professional and timely manner

·        Create and update reservations for our Shared Shuttles, Private cars and Charter Vans using our reservation system

·        Understand CME Products and Services so you can effectively offer guests options that will meet their transportation needs

·        Provide a level of service on every interaction that exceeds our guest’s expectations

·        Interface with internal departments including dispatch, operations and Group Sales Representatives.

·        Other duties as assigned

Preferred Skills:

High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Bi-Lingual is a PLUS!  Qualified Bi-Lingual candidates will receive an additional $1.00 per hour incentive.

Scheduling:

Our reservations department is open 7 days a week from 500 am to 1100 pm. Your schedule may include weekend hours, evening hours and holidays – depending on business needs.
