Purchasing Coordinator

* Experience in construction industry is HIGHLY preferred
* Communicate and enter price of goods and services with vendors
* Input and coordinate with buyers in regards to various goods and services for multiple locations.
* Manage costs to identify areas of potential cost reduction and analyze the impact of pricing changes for goods and services.
* Communicate with vendors and ACCO employees to issue purchase orders and subcontract agreements
* Develop/maintain vendor relationships
* Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor.
