Architect Openings-Immediate Hire! - Full-time / Part-time

Aerotek currently has several clients in the Northern Virginia area hiring Architects with experience ranging from 1-10+ years of experience.

Project Manager is responsible for one of three portfolios (Wholesale Retail, Front End Real Estate Development, or General Commercial). Project manager does NOT perform business development. Project manager is assigned projects from existing clients and coordinates to determine pricing, cost estimates, project schedules, and design stages in internal MS Excel-based program. Manages team of architects responsible for producing designs, reviews designs in Revit for accuracy.

Qualification:

• 8+ years of experience as an architect on commercial projects
• 3+ years experience as project manager for architecture firm
• Experience with revit
• Experience with AutoCAD
• Bachelors Degree in Architecture
