Financial Client Services Representative

Our financial services client in Westborough, MA has multiple openings in their customer service department

No specific experience is needed as we are looking to hire eager, reliable individuals who are looking for a long-term career opportunity.

Start-Monday November 26, Monday, December 3rd, and Monday December 10th

Interview- ASAP

• $16/hourly (40 hours and unlimited overtime)
• Monday-Friday, 9:30-6pm

Job Requirements-

• Inbound phone support for clients; around 40-50 calls received daily
• Investigate and correct errors in customer accounts and statements
• Respond to customer verbal and/or written inquiries and record the details
• Coordinate and expedite customer inquiries to other departments for resolution via phone and emails
• Process transactions and answer questions from customers
• Assist Financial Services Agents in all aspects of customer service from helping submit customers applications via electronic and paper applications
• Provide service regarding account information, answering complex questions on mutual fund procedures.
• High School Diploma or GED

Training-
In-depth training provided for the first 4 weeks of the role.
Note: Mandatory to be available first 4 weeks of start date for training purposes.
