Business Support Representative (3rd Shift)

NOW HIRING:

* Coordinate daily shipments
* Establish and coordinate schedule with carrier and tender shipments
* 100% accuracy in data entry of shipments in OTM
* Track and trace all shipments
* Update and maintain the Transportation Management System databases
* Prepare and publish daily/weekly reports
* Review performance trends
* Proactively identify problems and swiftly implement the appropriate solution
* Answer and resolve questions when needed
* Confirm information with carriers
* Responsible for cost containment of shipment and Evaluate shipments, consolidate loads, select most cost effective method of delivery
* Review lanes on all orders and select most appropriate mode of transportation

QUALIFICATIONS:

* Associates Degree and 1 years work experience or equivalent preferred
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Ability to work well in teams
* Ability to handle fast-paced environment
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office - Excellent Computer Skills
* Ability to work irregular hours and overtime where required
* Professional demeanor
