The Technical Project Coordinator (TPC) role will support planning, program development, toolset management, and information management initiatives for a global security team. The Coordinator will focus on the gathering, sorting, assessment, and archival of data, as well as the maintenance, and deployment of programs for the security team, along with their constituent processes and protocols. This data supports multiple security divisions by providing trends analysis, recommending process improvement, program onboarding, and various research requirements in support of corporate and Employee security and safety. The position is full-time, contracted, located in downtown Seattle.

The Coordinator will:

  • Collect, archive, and review data from a variety of open and proprietary sources
  • Manage multiple databases including site information pages, utilized as employee and analyst resources
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to ingest volumes of data, policy, and program points
  • Research and design actionable strategies for team toolset utility and exploitation, including the consideration of and onboarding of other programs and tools
  • Conduct process review to identify improvements, develop improvements with stakeholders and staff, and enact them as directed
  • Interact and collaborate with vendors
  • Audit the functionality of third-party toolsets, and report to client and vendor leadership to enact solutions
  • Develop and deliver metrics, ensuring leadership is briefed and has visibility on the progress of projects at every stage
  • Develop projects from inception through maturity, and author protocol to maintain necessary toolsets
  • Manage data sets in use by security analysts and operators, including facility and employee data
A coordinator candidate should have:

  • At least one (1) year of experience (2 years is preferred) managing datasets, programs, or creating protocols, preferably in support of a corporate security team
  • Associates Degree or higher (Bachelor's Degree preferred)
  • Superior proficiency with Windows-based computers, and strong technical acumen with the ability to integrate multiple travel and risk management platforms
    • At minimum, working proficiency in Sharepoint, Excel, and other Microsoft Office programs
    • Excellent written and verbal communication, ability to work independently and within a team
    • Exemplary critical thinking, analytical skills, and judgment
  • Willingness to work irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Preferable additional qualifications:
    • Familiarity with intelligence analysis, tools, and tradecraft
    • Familiarity with Lenel or C-Cure
    • Familiarity with Tableau, Notebook, D3, Salesforce, and related PSIM tools
