Service Assistant

The Service Assistant is the face of Social Monk.  They interact with the guest and make sure that each one is greeted and personally taken care of.  They set and upkeep our dining room and make sure it’s perfect and stocked throughout your shift.  But the real key to this role: making sure our guests have an incredible experience, every time they visit Social Monk.

HERE’S WHAT YOU NEED TO BE A SERVICE ASSISTANT:

• 6 months restaurant/customer/guest service experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team-player attitude.
• Multi-tasking skills in an ultra-fast paced environment
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 35 lbs. as needed.
• Continuous bending, reaching, twisting and use of hands and arms.
