Intensive Family Intervention (IFI) agency seeking Licensed (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, Psychologist) Team Leader, Associate Licensed Clinician (LAMFT, LMSW, LAPC and CACII) , Non-licensed Assessors and Paraprofessional staff who meet all requirements outlined by DBHDD and can hit the ground running.  If you are interested in joining an agency with a dynamic team and possess the desire to “help strengthen families one child at a time”, please contact us for an immediate and confidential interview. Team members will provide assessments and counseling services to children and families through in-home, school and community interventions.

Excellent verbal and writing skills are essential as team will frequently communicate with extended treatment provider, social workers, schools, courts as well as accompany agency during presentations. 

Must have BS or MS degree (or working towards completion)

Candidates must be organized and efficient in meeting documentation requirements and deadlines. 

Team Leaders must be able to effectively motivate and supervise paraprofessionals; do treatment planning and updating; perform individual, family and group counseling; and transition/discharge planning. 

Must be able to provide services during non-traditional work days and hours.

Must have a home computer with internet services and reliable transportation in order to productively provide services and communicate with agency. 

Clinicians and Assessors must experienced and skilled in obtaining psychosocial  assessment, completing CAFAS, BIRP/SMART progress notes, ShareNote® documentation; MICP and order for service input and reviewing/editing notes for billing.

Candidates must have a minimum of two years experience working with SED population and work well in a team environment while carrying out the mission of the organization with excellence. 

Must pass a fingerprint analysis, criminal background check, drug screening, Hep B results.

Must maintain both car insurance and professional liability insurance (Clinicians). 

Candidates fluent in a second language are encouraged to apply. 

Must have verifiable experience with an IFI program.
