Team Member - Full-time / Part-time

The Maids are currently looking for.... TEAM MEMBERS. POSITION SUMMARY: The team member performs in-home cleaning duties as assigned by the Team Leader. She/he must be able to work well with others, be dependable, follow instructions and maintain a professional appearance. This person does not lead other team members. Opportunities for advancement to a supervisory position possible after 90 days.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Clean up to six (6) homes per day. 2. Performs all duties in strict accordance with The Maids policies, cleaning system and procedures. 3. Reports supplies needed to Team Leader. 4. Reports all irregularities to Team Leader including broken items, safety hazards and any problems that might occur during the day. 5. Be a team player. 6. Be honest, safe, efficient, courteous and have a "can-do" attitude.

Performs any combination of the following services of The Maids 22-Step Healthy Touch® Deep Cleaning System to keep private homes clean and healthy:

Kitchen: clean sink, clean appliance exteriors, clean inside microwave, clean range top, damp wipe cabinet doors, clean counters, hand wash floor, load dishwasher

Bathrooms: clean sinks and counters; change towels; clean and disinfect toilets, tubs, and showers; hand wash and disinfect floors

All Rooms: pick up and straighten; dust sills, ledges, and wall hangings; remove cobwebs; dust/vacuum furniture; vacuum floors and carpets; vacuum stairs; vacuum under beds; change linens and make beds; empty trash

Windows: clean window over kitchen sink; clean entry and one set of patio door windows

Performs all duties in an honest and safe manner; delivers quality, efficient, and courteous service.

Performs additional project work as assigned by the Team Leader when required, such as oven/grill cleaning, refrigerator cleaning, kitchen cabinet cleaning and wood floor cleaning.
