A Shift Leader delivers Fazoli’s Friendly Service to each dining room Guest consistently per Company standards and expectations
You will also enhance the dining experience of each Guest by proactively anticipating and responding to their needs, providing timely, sincere, accurate and attentive service.
Ensure the Fazoli’s dining experience (service, food and environment) exceeds each Guest’s expectations and results in consistently satisfied Guests and increased frequency of return visits by satisfied Guests.
