Senior Systems Engineer I with Axway, Inc. (Scottsdale, AZ)

Duties: Use Kubernetes to orchestrate the deployments, scaling and management of Docker containers. Develop automation tool for main Kubernetes operational tasks. Build, test and deploy infrastructure using Jenkins. Deploying Infrastructure with automation using Infrastructure as code tools, like Terraform/Terragrunt. Primary on call support for outages and service degradation issues. Build, deploy and manage application monitoring using Monitoring tools like Prometheus, ELK, and Grafana. Train team members on deployments methods, automation development and testing. Managing and monitoring all systems in AWS. Position allows for remote work and reports to the company headquarters in Scottsdale, AZ.

Requirements: Requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Electrical Engineering, or related field. Position requires 3 years of related experience, which must include some experience in each of the following skills: Develop a CD pipeline using Jenkins and Ansible; Automate cloud infrastructure deployment using Terraform / Terragrunt; Operate AWS and Linux environments, as well as Kubernetes clusters; Develop new rules/filters for Prometheus and logstash; Develop Grafana or Kibana dashboards; Program using Python, Java, Javascript, or Go; Troubleshoot incidents happening on infrastructure products.
