Client Advisor - Santa Anita Mall

This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Advisor at CH Jewelers/ TimeVallée in Arcadia, CA. The Client Advisor will be responsible for client relations, ensuring customer satisfaction, effective communication, customer service, sales assistance, and maintaining interpersonal communications with clients.

Job Responsibilities: 

• Act as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns with professionalism and empathy

• Develop and nurture long-term client relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty through the use of CRM tools

• Provide tailored product recommendations based on clients' requirements

• Achieve monthly sales quota through repeat client business and development of new clients

• Develop business growth by focusing on key product pillars

• Collaborate with your co-workers to deliver a seamless and outstanding client experience

Required Qualifications: 

• Customer Satisfaction management skills

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Strong client relations, customer service skills, and outstanding hospitality expertise

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

• Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including weekends, and holidays

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree or above required

• Must have authorization to work in the United States

Desired Qualifications: 

• Native or working proficiency in an additional language other than English

• Prior experience in luxury retail, jewelry industry, or hospitality

• Knowledge or qualifications in luxury watches, jewelry, and/ or hospitality services
