Host - Full-time / Part-time

Our HOST/HOSTESS is responsible for welcoming and seating our guests in a timely manner. As a Host/Hostess, you are required to be honest, thoughtful, and kind to each guest while managing all phone calls and reservations coming through. THE BASICS

• Must be an ambassador of our mission and core values
• Develop an understanding of our menu, reservation protocol & overall concept
• Manage seating chart and guest flow
• Work with an attention to detail, accuracy & efficiency
• Provide exceptional hospitality
• Comply with health and safety standards for food, cleanliness, and safety of the restaurant
• Perform additional opening/ closing/ mid shift responsibilities, as needed, to keep the restaurant stocked, clean, and looking?beautiful.

PRE-REQs

• 18 years of age or older
• Available to work late nights
• Passion for food and people
• Awesome, Energetic Attitude and personality
• Be willing to take direction and work both independently and with a team
• Be able to lift at least 20 pounds regularly and reach, squat, and bend
• Able to work in a fast-paced setting for up to 6 hours daily, or as needed
• Willingness to learn and develop
• Reliable Transportation to and from work
