Safety Associate/Driver

A rapidly growing safety training, consulting, and staffing company based in Warrensburg, NY, is seeking an outgoing, self-motivated, safety-conscious individual with strong interpersonal skills and a clean driving record to operate our mobile hearing testing unit. This position requires travel for approximately 15 days each month.

Key responsibilities include driving a company pickup truck with a 16-foot hearing trailer to various client worksites, setting up the trailer and testing equipment, and performing hearing screenings using Tremetrics testing equipment and Workplace Integra software. Additional tasks may include conducting respirator fit testing, drug and alcohol testing, and occasional office duties.

Our services are provided five days a week across multiple shifts, so candidates must be flexible and willing to accommodate non-traditional work hours as needed. Applicants should have experience driving truck-and-trailer combinations and be capable of troubleshooting basic mechanical or maintenance issues with the trailer and mobile equipment.

This is a full-time, salaried position, Monday through Friday, with occasional overnight stays. CAOHC certification and experience in safety training are advantageous. The selected candidate must be able to pass a DOT physical and drug test.
