Requirements:
·        3+ years’ experience in the restaurant industry.
·        Prior management experience required
·        Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends and Holidays. Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
·        Exceptional organization and leadership skills.
·        Dependable and reliable. 
·        Must be able to work weekends and Holidays.
·        Reliable means of transportation
·        50 hours work week minimum
·        Must be able to work well under pressure
·        Must be friendly and outgoing
·        Must work well with others and show respect to co-workers
·        Must take pride in the work that you do
·        Must have strong work ethic
