As we continue to grow, we're looking for a motivated and creative individual to join our team as a Digital Marketing and Sales Associate.
Position Overview:
As the Digital Marketing and Sales Associate, you’ll play a key role in growing our online and in-store presence. You'll be responsible for managing digital marketing efforts, engaging with customers online and in-person, and driving sales through compelling storytelling and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing:
Create and manage content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest)
Plan and execute email marketing campaigns
Maintain and update the website with new products, blog posts, and promotional content
Monitor and report on digital marketing performance using analytics tools
Develop and implement strategies to increase online visibility and engagement
Sales & Customer Service:
Assist customers in-store with product selection, styling, and purchases
Respond to online inquiries and assist with virtual consultations
Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
Maintain the showroom’s appearance and merchandising standards
Support sales goals by staying informed on product details and promotions
Qualifications:
1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, retail sales, or a related field
Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing tools
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for interior design and modern furniture
Self-starter with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Experience with tools such as Canva, Mailchimp, Shopify, or similar platforms is a plus
