Farm Operations Assistant

This position is based in day to day grain farm operations.  This can vary depending on the season and the individual's skill set.  Equipment operations, general maintenance of equipment and facilities along with hauling grain and chemicals (via semi) are typical daily tasks. This position involves labor,  but can be more operational and problem solving related for a highly qualified and motivated individual. 

Required qualifications:

• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• At least high school diploma or equivalent or higher

Preferred qualifications:

• 18 years or older
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Own a personal vehicle
• Valid driver's license
• Valid auto liability insurance
• Background check
• Drug screening
