About this job

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA):

Pay: $80.00 – $90.00 per hour (based on experience)

Hours: Flexible (Part-time or Full-time)

About the Role:

We’re not just looking for a BCBA — we’re looking for someone who wants to help shape something meaningful. As a BCBA on our team, you’ll have the flexibility to provide care in-home, through telehealth, or in a hybrid model — all based on your clinical discretion and the needs of the families you support.

We’re a growing startup with a family feel. We have the energy and ambition to expand, but we never want to lose the warmth and care of a “mom and pop” environment. This role is perfect for someone who values close connections with families and colleagues, but also wants the chance to grow into something bigger as our company continues to scale.

What You’ll Do:

  • Conduct thoughtful in-home assessments and design individualized ABA treatment plans.

  • Provide ongoing support through in-person sessions, telehealth, or both — whichever best supports each family.

  • Collaborate closely with parents, caregivers, and RBTs to ensure therapy feels supportive and empowering.

  • Track progress with meaningful data collection and adapt plans to reflect the child’s growth.

  • Maintain clear, efficient documentation while keeping family-centered care at the heart of your work.

  • Play a hands-on role in shaping the growth of our organization — your ideas and input matter here.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Current BCBA certification (required).

  • Experience supporting children with autism and developmental disabilities.

  • A natural communicator who connects with families as well as they document for compliance.

  • Comfort working in-home and/or virtually, depending on family needs and your discretion.

  • An open-minded, collaborative spirit — we’re building something together, and your voice will be part of it.

Why Join Us?

  • Be part of a startup that actually listens — your input will help shape our systems, culture, and future growth.

  • Competitive pay and a chance to grow into leadership opportunities as we expand.

  • Flexible scheduling that respects your time and preferred caseload.

  • A supportive, family-like culture — the opposite of feeling like “just another number.”

  • The excitement of helping build something with heart, where your career can grow alongside the company.

License/Certification:

  • BCBA (Required)
