Ground Shipping Clerk

Job Description 

We are seeking an enthusiastic, hard-working candidate with experience in a team-based manufacturing/production environment. The ideal candidate will have experience with selecting finished products and samples for ground shipping.  

Hours: 

Monday – Thurs 7am to 5:30pm, Friday 7am-5:30 (mandatory overtime), Saturdays as needed  

** hours can vary based on shipping and inventory needs  

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Pull and package material for orders. 

• Verify the quality of the materials before they are packaged for shipment. 

• Label all boxes for shipment. 

• Receive any packages and deliver to the correct departments. 

• Maintain, stock, and organize the product sample room and coordinate with the sales team the shipping of samples to customers (FedEx, UPS, and DHL) 

• Weekly and quarterly inventory counts  

• Customer pick-ups  

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT: 

• Required to stand and walk. 

• Required to utilize hand and finger dexterity. 

• Required to balance, bend, stoop, kneel or crawl. 

• Communicate with fellow employees. 

• Read technical information, and /or use a keyboard. 

• Required to lift/push/carry items weighing up to 50 pounds. 

Pay: $18-20, pay will depend on experience of candidate
