Manager

In this role as Bar Manager, you will be responsible for the successful oversight and operations of The Addison Grove and Prospect House’s bar service (a division of Heyens Hospitality), Austin’s premiere wedding and event venue. Qualifications: - Must be TABC certified and maintain valid certificate through employment - Extensive knowledge of mixology and experience with craft cocktails - Proficient in inventory tracking process; including Microsoft Excel - Minimum of 2+ years managing experience - Minimum of 5+ years bartending experience - Instills the highest levels of trustworthiness, integrity, and self-accountability - Ability to provide constructive feedback to employees - Detail oriented with a high degree of accuracy - Experience working for a small business preferred - Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
