Duties
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers, assisting with inquiries, and addressing concerns promptly.
- Manage transactions accurately.
- Supervise and lead team members during shifts to ensure efficient operations.
- Assist in inventory management, including stocking shelves and organizing displays.
- Utilize retail math skills to assist with budgeting and sales tracking.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store to enhance the shopping experience.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding daily operations and customer feedback.
- Support shift management by coordinating staff schedules and delegating tasks as necessary.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a retail environment is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse customers.
- Leadership qualities with experience in supervising or managing a team.
- Familiarity with POS systems, and retail math concepts.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and a commitment to maintaining high standards of service.
