General Mitigation Manager

We are looking to hire an exceptional General/Mitigation Manager to join our restoration team! You will be responsible for overseeing the administrative activities of the organization, promoting sales, performing inspections/estimates, and managing technicians. We are the nation's fastest growing full-service restoration company!

Responsibilities:

• Manage records and information
• Manage and maintain projects within ServiceTitan
• Manage job status end ensure work is completed correctly, efficiently, and with the highest customer satisfaction
• Answer phones, schedule jobs, communicate calendar to team
• Inspect and Estimate jobs (as needed)
• Hire and train technicians
• Create reports and track job efficiency
• Oversee warehouse
• Manage internal and external communications
• Respond to emergencies on-site (as the team grows and expands)

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in Restoration - Water, Fire, Mold, Bio preferred
• WRT, FSRT, AMRT, CCT, ASD, MWR preferred
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task
• Strong organizational skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Strong leadership qualities
