The Automotive Collision Technician will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing vehicles damaged in collisions. This role requires a keen eye for detail, expertise in various repair techniques, and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess damage and estimate repair costs for customers.
• Perform structural repairs to damaged vehicles, including frame straightening and alignment.
• Replace and repair body panels, doors, and other components.
• Utilize welding and metalworking tools to restore vehicles.
• Apply paint and refinishing materials to ensure a seamless repair.
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure all repairs meet industry standards.
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Keep up-to-date with industry advancements and techniques.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certification in Auto Body Repair from a recognized institution.
• Proficiency in welding, metalworking, and painting techniques.
• Familiarity with frame machines and other repair equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Physical ability to perform the tasks required in vehicle repair.
