Residential House Manager - Full-time

Promising Futures is an agency who provides day program and residential supports to adults w/disabilities specializing in Autism and Behavioral Management.

We are looking for an experienced, compassionate and reliable staff member to join our residential team at our beautiful home in Lakeside, CA. You will be responsible for assisting with the supervision and support of 5 residential clients, to enhance their daily living skills by following and implementing Skilled Program and Behavioral Intervention Plans. You will also be responsible for maintaining the essential needs of the home to include,,, but not limited to, shopping for clients and household supplies, creating and implementing monthly activities schedules for leisure activities and ensuring the home in compliance with all safety regulations.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

• Experience in a residential or day program setting for adults w/disabilities
• Experience in collecting and analyzing data to implement and improve training programs.
• Ability to plan, budget and purchase household items.

Minimum Qualifications - 

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred one year experience working with adults with developmental disabilities
• Ability to pass pre-employment screenings, including background clearance, drug, TB and a pre-employment health exam.
• Valid CA Driver's License w/reliable transportation
