ArchWell Health is seeking an experienced Primary Care Nurse Practitioner to join its new, innovative outpatient center dedicated to Adults 60+ in Phoenix, AZ.
Job Highlights:
- Outpatient position only
- Adult patient panel only (65+)
- Clinic Hours Monday-Friday
- Small panel sizes that allow our providers to focus and build relationships with their patients

Qualifications:
- Provider must have an active, non-probationary AZ medical license OR have the ability to obtain a full AZ medical licensure
- At least 5+ years experience working in primary care: internal medicine, geriatrics, or family medicine
- Current BLS/ACLS certification
- Family Nurse Practitioners, Adult Gerontology Nurse Practitioners, and Acute Care Nurse Practitioners all welcome to apply
