Restaurant General Manager - Full-time / Part-time

As a General Manager you will be responsible for developing and mentoring your team while overseeing the operation of your restaurant.  You will promote a positive dining experience for your customers by monitoring and reinforcing food safety standards, driving sales and profit objectives, maintaining QSC standards while delivering on Wendy’s brand standards and procedures.

Job Requirements:

Minimum 2-year previous GM experience
Be highly motivated, have strong supervisory, organizational and communication skills and work well with a team.
Must be able to work in fast paced environment, react to change productivity and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes
Achieve restaurant sales and profitability goals
Reliable transportation
