The Opportunity: We are hiring a BCBA to oversee and implement behavior intervention strategies tailored to individual client needs. This role involves working with caregivers, supervising technicians, and driving measurable client progress.

 

Primary Tasks:

 

• Conduct comprehensive behavior assessments.

• Develop and adjust intervention plans using data-driven methods.

• Train and mentor behavior technicians.

• Collaborate with families and professionals to design goals and track progress.

• Document client milestones and program updates.

 

Requirements:

 

• Active BCBA certification.

• Strong skills in communication and collaboration.

• Commitment to ethical standards and continuous improvement.
