We are seeking a Calling All Bilingual (Spanish Speaking) CSR Paying $18/hr working 40 Hrs A Week located downtown Atlanta if interested come in to our office for a one time visit ask for mariah upon arrival we are located at 5950 live oak parkway ste 230 norcross, ga come in ASAP between 9am-4pm to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Provide information about the products and services
• Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
