Team Member - Part-time

Job Summary 
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Team Members to join our fast-paced quick Korean-style corn dog eatery. As a vital part of our team, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring the efficient operation of our kitchen and dining areas. Your responsibilities will include assisting customers, handling cash transactions, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the café.

Duties 

• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly manner.
• Operate the cash register and handle cash transactions accurately.
• Utilize the POS system for processing orders and payments efficiently.
• Prepare food items while adhering to food safety guidelines.
• Sanitate work areas, kitchen equipment, and dining spaces to maintain a clean environment.
• Assist in inventory management by restocking supplies as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to enhance their experience.

Qualifications 

• Previous experience in a quick service fast food restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with cash handling procedures and operating a cash register is beneficial.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to various roles within the café as needed.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by our business needs.
