Job DescriptionCompany Description
We are urgently seeking licensed clinicians (LCSW's, LPC's, LMFT's) to help meet the needs of our community. Full-time positions are available as well as remote and hybrid work arrangements. All applicants MUST reside in Oregon and have an active Oregon license.
Primary Responsibilities
- Provide individual psychotherapy
- Perform mental health assessments
- Develop collaborative, comprehensive mental health treatment plans
- Complete clinical documentation
- Maintain an active caseload
Requirements
- Master's degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy or related field.
- Fully registered, licensed, and active in the state of Oregon as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT
- MUST reside in the State of Oregon
- Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals
- Experience with electronic health records and strong computer skills
- Ability to maintain timely and accurate clinical records
- Knowledge of applicable Oregon Administrative Rules and Oregon Revised Statutes
- Knowledge of HIPAA and 42-CFR confidentiality requirements
- Motivated and driven with the ability to self-start
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Experience with and/or credentialing in substance use and co-occurring disorders
- Diverse clinical experience and comfortability in serving individuals with a wide range of clinical presentations
- Experience with diverse populations and age ranges including but not limited to children, adolescents, and seniors
- Experience with couples, group, or family counseling
Compensation
- W-2 compensation
