As a Front of House Team Member, you’ll provide exceptional service in a clean, safe environment, ensuring Guests have unforgettable experiences. Whether greeting, serving, or maintaining the atmosphere, you’ll help create the memorable moments that keep Guests coming back.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide Guests with exceptional service in a safe and clean environment
  • Greet Guests promptly and professionally upon arrival
  • Verify that Guests purchasing alcohol are at least 21 years of age
  • Maintain full knowledge of bar and menu items, and provide recommendations
  • Accurately take food and beverage orders from Guests at the bar in a timely manner
  • Deliver food and beverage orders within designated time frames
  • Consistently utilize suggestive selling techniques to enhance sales
  • Set up the bar and ensure proper stock levels are maintained
  • Assist in ordering liquor and bar-related supplies as needed

     

What We’re Looking For:

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Valid Food Handler Certification required
  • Applicable State Certification for Alcohol Service required
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience working at a full-service bar
  • Ability to effectively communicate in English (verbal and written)
  • Strong knowledge of alcohol mixology, drink menus, and classic cocktail preparation
  • Must have a courteous, friendly and professional demeanor
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time and frequently bend, kneel, reach or twist
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Reliable transportation required
  • Adherence to proper work attire standards and personal hygiene
  • Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
