As a Live Chat Agent, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients through live chat interactions on our website. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with our clients through live chat interactions, responding to their inquiries and providing them with timely and accurate information.
  • Act as the first point of contact for our clients through the live chat channel, representing AXEN IT Consulting in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Proactively assist clients with any questions or concerns they may have and guide them through the website to find the information they are looking for.
  • Work closely with our team of attorneys and legal professionals to stay updated on our services and successfully communicate them to our clients.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Keep detailed records of all live chat interactions and escalate any complex issues to the appropriate department or individual for further action.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to continuously improve our live chat service.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a live chat setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle difficult conversations with professionalism and empathy.
  • Strong multitasking skills with the ability to navigate between multiple chat conversations while providing prompt and accurate responses.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team to achieve the desired goals and objectives.
  • Knowledge of legal terminology and basic understanding of the legal process is an asset.
  • Proficiency in typing and typing speed of at least 50 words per minute.
  • Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends, to ensure optimal coverage for our clients.
