The individual must have an excellent work ethic, be able to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously, meet deadlines, be team-work oriented and demonstrate great attention to detail and case management skills. Some of the job duties entail case work-up under the direction of a supervising attorney, propounding and responding to discovery, taking and defending depositions, court attendance, and law and motion work.
