Litigation Associate

Fellner Law Group currently has an opening for either a full-time hybrid or Contract Litigation Associate for our professional negligence / commercial litigation team. The ideal candidate (California or Washington bar license) will have 4-7 years of civil litigation experience, strong case management experience, and superior legal writing skills. Prior experience with discovery and law and motion practice is preferred. The right candidate is a team player, personable, proactive, efficient, results-oriented, a strong communicator, and someone who takes ownership over their cases.

The firm provides a flexible approach to hybrid work permitting associates to work from home between 1-4 days, depending on experience and workload. Please submit a cover letter, resume, and writing sample to apply.

Yearly salary range: $200,000 - $300,000 (depending on experience). For full-time positions benefits include 401K, $500/month medical benefits + bonuses after the probation period.
