Physical Therapist- Lead

Firefly Pediatric Center is searching for a pediatric physical therapist to join our team! Whether you’re looking for a part-time or full-time, you’ll have the opportunity to focus on providing hands-on therapy sessions that make a real impact. We are looking for the right candidate who is highly motivated, eager to learn while working in a team-based environment.

Responsibilities:

• Mentor and support a team of physical therapists
• Lead team meetings
• Collaborate with physicians and other departments on patient care plans
• Conduct performance reviews
• Handle staff issues
• Provide physical therapy to individuals aged 0-21 years of age
• Assessing Patients & Diagnosing Movement Dysfunction
• Developing Treatment Plans & setting goals
• Providing Therapeutic Exercises with aquatic therapy & traditional therapy settings
• Patient Education & Preventative Care

Qualifications:

• Must have a current license to practice Physical Therapist in Oklahoma
• Previous experience in Physical Therapist
• Knowledge of physical therapy techniques and principles
• Ability to build rapport with patients
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Positive and patient demeanor
• Willingness to work in a team-based environment
